Sipex Online LMS provides educational software and services to students in Grade 6 to Grade 11. Our software runs on Windows (32/64‑bit), macOS, Android, and an iOS web portal. The software is developed and maintained by KJ Developers.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our Service or receive tute delivery.

We collect only the information necessary to create your account, deliver tutes, and enable access to classes:

• Date of Birth (Birthday)
• Address (for tute delivery)
• Tute delivery phone numbers (up to two): tuteDeliveryPhoneNumber1 and tuteDeliveryPhoneNumber2
• School
• Exam Year

• Gender
• Password for account

Information is typically provided directly by you (or your parent/guardian where applicable) during registration and when you update your profile.

3) How We Use Your Data

• To deliver tutes to your address and contact you about delivery.
• To provide access to classes through our software across supported platforms.
• To communicate important service-related notices (e.g., class updates, account notifications, policy updates).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their independent marketing or commercial purposes.

Note: Live sessions may be hosted via third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom). We do not disclose your registration data to such platforms for their own purposes. You must comply with their terms when you use them.

• Our Service is available for Grade 6 to Grade 11 students, minimum age 10.
